The presidential election campaign on March 18, 2018 is in full swing. The CEC received notifications of participation in the elections from 46 self-nominees and 21 parties.
However, there are those who refused to participate without submitting documents to the Central Election Commission (CEC), or for which a decision was made to refuse registration.

Roman Khudyakov (“Honestly”) - withdrew from the election

Irina Gagite - Withdrew

Vyacheslav Maltsev - refused to participate
The host of the political channel Artpodgotovka on Youtube, now residing in France, was involved in the scandalous “revolution” on November 5, 2017. Sergey Polonsky - nomination declared invalid
The owner of his own island in Cambodia and the failed astronaut also intends to run for president of the Russian state in 2018.
The piquancy of the situation is that in the past Polonsky was found guilty in a case of fraud on an especially large scale.
The nomination was declared invalid because less than 500 people are indicated in the candidate support group.
Andrey Bazhutin - nomination declared invalid
The chairman of the Association of Russian Carriers, the organizer and coordinator of the Campaign to Moscow, truckers urges Siberian truckers and sympathizers to vote for him in the upcoming presidential election.
He is primarily interested in "problems of education, health care, housing and communal services."
At a meeting of voters in support of the self-nominated Bazhutin, only 25 of the required 500 people came, which is the basis of the CEC to declare the nomination invalid.
Boris Yakemenko - refused to participate

Sergey Mironov - refused to participate
